Please note that we will only accept applicants who have an AGSVA Negative Vetting 1 Defence Clearance - this is different to a police check and is usually sponsored by a current or recent employer.

About the role and team

Our client is a renowned global hi-tech company, with a strong presence throughout Australia. This Security Concierge position, responsible for access control of the facility, is located at their Corporate Office at Macquarie Park. We are keen to hear from those that have security experience, a Negative Vetting 1 Clearance (NV1) and those with strong computer, customer service, and communication skills. In this role, you will be responsible for several duties such as:

• Maintaining Access Control.
• Responding to Alarms as per standard operating procedures (SOP's).
• Monitoring of CCTV Systems, including monitoring other sites remotely.
• Working within a team and autonomously, including working alone during night shifts and weekends.
• Provide access via correct approvals from the Access Management System.
• Maintaining protection of client assets 
• Providing customer service to site employees and visitors.

What we're looking for 

• You MUST have Australian Government Security Vetting Agency (AGSVA) Negative Vetting 1 (NV1) Clearance or higher. 
• You will need to have a Current NSW Class 1 Security Licence.
• Current First Aid & CPR qualifications.
• Experience working with security systems, including Access Control, CCTV, and Alarm Monitoring.
